Life is short, guess sometime need to try something weird and new, did this railway shooting during one of my "Balik Kampung" (back to hometown) trip. Having a photo session in the middle of railway was fun actually, although the temperature was a bit hot.

 

Near my wife's hometown, there is a railway road interchange, so we decided to drive there and experienced a portrait shooting there.

Had to drive 10 minutes by pass the palm plantation, the weather was nice, sun was shine and sky was vivid blue, excellent for photo shooting.

Reached the destination around 10am, then we walked to the gate operator to request for permission.SW is good at Malay, so I left there with her.
The "pakcik" said "Alright, you all just go ahead, will be safe to do that, don't worry". My advice, make sure you grant the permission and ensure it was safe before you do that. I did this at a very safe environment.

This railway interchange is located beside a small town, so you could see some local pass by.

Ok, we didn't waste our time, SW start to become the model first.

With a red umbrella, yellow shirt..excellent match with the scene. :)

We also borrowed the flags from pakcik :)

My turn...SW become my photographer.

Haha..I am sure he think: What's these guy doing?

We finished the entire session within 45 minutes, too hot, can't stay too long. Luckily we brought a long our sunglasses and umbrella.

This was a very nice experience, there are a lot of FREE shooting location, so please don't tell me, I can't shoot due to lack of traveling chances and budget constraint. You can get nice shooting for FREE..just think out from the circle. :)
