Interested to join Tesco's Charity fundraising event themed, Walk for Kids 2011 on Sunday, 13th March 2011, from 7am-10am at Water Sports Complex, Precinct 6, Putrajaya.
Walk for Kids aims to promote healthy lifestyle; at the same time to raise fund for Rumah Nur Salam – a 24 hours activity centre and safehouse to homeless children in the Chow Kit area, giving the children a chance to rise above parental neglect, suffering and uncertainties.
This event is open to both men and women of all level of fitness and you can jog, walk or run an achievable 4.5km distance. This is a non-competitive race as the event is aimed as a personal motivation of why we are all working together to support such a charitable cause.
Registration fee is at RM10 for adults (18 years and above), RM5 for Students/ Children (7-17 years old). You'll get Free T-shirt and certificate + goodie bag upon completion of walk.
